Soft tissue therapy, including sports and remedial massage, is a highly effective way of treating muscular pain and discomfort. It can be instrumental in the treatment of soft tissue injuries and muscular dysfunction as well as helping prevent them occurring in the first place.
Athletes and anyone suffering muscular pain and discomfort, including the sedentary and the elderly will find this type of therapy hugely beneficial. Stress and tension from everyday life can be effectively treated using various soft tissue techniques. These can be caused by sitting at a computer all day, gardening, or poor posture. Soft Tissue Therapy can offer relief from pain and tension, stress and relax the body by assisting recovery and repair.

About Me

My name is Mick Treble. Having competed for many years in Ironman and 70.3 Triathlons I have endured many injuries, aches, and strains along the way. I found that massage and soft tissue therapy has helped massively in keeping me free from injury and performing at my best. When I have been unfortunate enough to get injured, soft tissue work, was key to getting me back training as quickly as possible.
Having worked as a gym instructor and coach for over 15 years, with a keen interest in the mechanics of the human body, I felt passionate and motivated to move into therapy and helping others. I completed a L3 sports massage course and went onto complete my L5 in Soft Tissue Therapy with the Oxford School of Sports Massage.
I am a registered member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage, fully insured through Balens insurance and first aid trained. I enjoy improving my knowledge and techniques and have kept up to date with my own Continued Professional Development by completing courses such as Dry Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, which I use as part of my treatments today.
I treat a whole range of people from athletes, manual workers and the elderly, all of which have greatly benefited from soft tissue treatments and therapy.
