30 minute treatment £25. Suited mainly for Sports Massage
60 minute treatment £40. Includes consultation, assessment and treatment. Suited for Soft Tissue work to treat injuries plus minor and chronic conditions, and Sports Massage to help repair and recover from the rigours of physical exercise or prepare for upcoming events. Stretching and strengthening advice always offered.
90 minute treatment £55. Including initial consultation and full assessment, treatment and advice on relevant stretching and strengthening routines. This session is the initial session for anyone suffering long term injuries or conditions effecting the muscular-skeletal system.
Kinesiology taping £25. This includes assessment and application of Kinesiology taping along with help and advice.
